Great for competition brisket prep
I've used this injector for two smoking seasons now. The stainless steel holds up well and the wide mouth makes loading garlic butter mixtures way easier than my old plastic injector.

The SpitJack meat injector syringe is built for home butchers and backyard pitmasters who want deep, even flavor infused straight into the muscle of their meat rather than just resting on the surface. Constructed with a heavy-duty barrel and a stainless steel needle, this injector is designed to handle marinades, brines, melted butter, rubs in liquid form, and other flavorful concoctions, pushing them into roasts, briskets, whole turkeys, pork shoulders, and other large cuts. The clear or durable barrel allows users to see exactly how much liquid they are drawing up and injecting, giving precise control over dosage and distribution throughout the meat, which is essential when preparing large cuts destined for smokers, grills, or ovens.
What sets the SpitJack meat injector apart in the home butchery and meat processing space is its attention to functional design details. The needle is crafted to resist clogging even when injecting thicker liquids like butter or oil-based marinades, often featuring multiple side holes or a widened channel that allows chunkier ingredients to pass through smoothly. The plunger mechanism is built to be sturdy and comfortable to grip, giving users the leverage needed to push liquid into dense cuts without straining the wrist or losing control mid-injection. Many home processors use this tool as a staple during holiday turkey prep, competition-style barbecue sessions, or whole hog roasts, where consistent internal flavor and moisture retention can make the difference between a mediocre result and a standout dish.
Durability and ease of cleaning are also central to why this injector fits so well into a serious home meat processing setup. The materials are chosen to withstand repeated use, exposure to oils, acids from marinades, and the general wear of frequent kitchen or outdoor cooking activity, while still being simple to disassemble for thorough washing between uses. For anyone building out a home butchery station or upgrading their barbecue toolkit, the SpitJack meat injector offers a dependable, no-nonsense way to elevate the moisture, flavor, and overall quality of smoked or roasted meats, making it a practical investment for both weekend cooks and more dedicated meat processing enthusiasts.
The SpitJack meat injector syringe is a well-built tool for home butchers and BBQ enthusiasts who want deeper flavor penetration in smoked or grilled meats. Its stainless construction and interchangeable needles make it versatile for brines, marinades, and butter injections, though the small barrel capacity means more frequent refills on bigger cuts like whole turkeys or briskets.

Works great on pork shoulders and chickens but I have to refill constantly when doing a whole turkey. Still, the build quality is way better than the cheap syringes I used before.
Love the multiple needle tips, but if your marinade has any pepper flakes or garlic chunks, the fine needle clogs fast. Strain your liquid first and it works perfectly.
Bought this after ruining two cheap injectors last year. This one is all metal, easy to clean, and the measurements on the barrel help me stay consistent between batches of jerky brine.
